Available Homes section on our web site.
Does Premier have homesites available, or do I need to own my lot?
We will build on your lot, on our available homesites, or we can help you find a location that is just right for you.
Can I have a pool?

We offer several pool packages for your consideration. The pools we offer have been designed specifically to integrate with the footprint of our floor plans.
Can I customize my Premier Home?

Absolutely! With over 100 options to choose from, you can create your personal dream home. We invite you to visit our Model home centers to learn more about the many possibilities.
How do I get started?
It's easy! Premier Homes takes all the anxiety out of home building. Come visit us at one of our Model Centers and one of our professional New Home Specialists will assist you in finding the right home for you; and then the real fun begins. Personalize your home by selecting from a wide variety of custom options to tailor the home to meet your individual needs and desires.
How does Premier warranty its homes?

The purchase of a new home is usually the single largest investment in a person's life. To help protect your investment, we have enlisted ProHome, a national warranty administration company. ProHome is the nation's largest third-party builder's warranty service which provides both the builder and the buyer with a nationally accepted written warranty, a local professional service staff and industry-leading customer service procedures. It all begins with your new home pre-closing walk-through, followed by a 30-day walk and an 11-month walk to ensure quality. In addition, ProHome provides a 24-hour service for the first year of homeownership, all of which means you, as a homeowner, can rest easy in your new Premier Home.
Should I get pre-qualified?

Yes! By getting pre-qualified, our New Home Specialist can ensure you find the perfect home that fits your personal needs and budget. The process is simple and quick. All you need is a good understanding of your current monthly income and expenses. After a quick visit or phone call with our on-site preferred lender, we can pre-qualify you within minutes.
What kind of financing options do you offer?
Premier Homes has full cooperation with its preferred lenders, all of whom have extensive experience with our homes, competitive rates and several programs, one of which is sure to meet your needs.

If you are building your home, Premier offers several contract options. You can choose a Construction Loan, an End-Loan, or Cash, whichever best fits your needs.
A Construction-To-Perm Loan is a real estate loan which initially finances building costs. The funds are disbursed in accordance with a pre-arranged plan (draw schedule). Upon completion of construction, the loan will convert to a permanent conventional loan.
For an End-Loan (or Deed Over), within 20 days of writing the contract, you deed the lot over to Premier Homes during the construction process. Premier uses its own financing to build your home, and then the lot and home are deeded back to you at closing.
When do I choose my colors and options for my new Premier Home?

All of your 'structural' options are selected at the time of writing the contract. Within 14 days of signing the contract you will return to our Model Home and meet with one of our New Home Specialists to make your color selections, at which time you will have the opportunity to add additional 'non-structural' options.
How will I know the status of my new home throughout the build process?

There are several scheduled meetings throughout the process, starting with the Orientation Meeting which is held immediately after the permit is received. At this meeting you will meet with the New Home Specialist and review your specific set of plans and options to ensure everything is correct.
